One Stop Plastering works both sides of a trade that most people only think about when something has gone wrong: residential plaster and stucco on one hand, commercial waterproofing with liquid membranes on the other. Those are two genuinely different buyers. A homeowner wants to know the finish will look right. A commercial property manager wants to know the building will stop leaking and stay that way.
The site is built around that split. Residential plaster and stucco leads with craft and finish; commercial waterproofing leads with the consequence of not acting — weather intrusion and the long-term structural damage that follows. Supporting pages cover the company’s background and a direct “why hire us” case, which is the question a contractor is really being asked when someone lands on the site with three tabs open.
The engagement went well beyond the build. Search engine optimisation was implemented on the site itself, and — just as importantly for a contractor — the company was placed across as many relevant business listing sites as could be secured. For local trade work, that citation footprint is a substantial part of how a business gets found at all: someone searching for a stucco contractor is often served map results and directory listings well before an organic website link.
This is one of the longer-running relationships in our portfolio, and one where the client has been direct about the outcome. We don’t publish invented traffic or revenue numbers, so we’ll let Ken Breuner’s own words stand as the account of how it went rather than manufacturing a statistic to sit alongside them.
The result is a site that serves two distinct audiences without confusing either, backed by the unglamorous listings and optimisation work that actually drives enquiries for a contractor.
Plaster and stucco is also a trade with a long memory. Finishes are judged years after installation, not on the day the scaffolding comes down, and referrals in this market travel by word of mouth between neighbours and property managers who have watched a job weather several winters. Building the site around durability and evidence rather than promotions reflects how the business actually earns its next contract.
